Concert by Les Jeudistes
- The design for the new stained glass window - Pentecost.
A very enjoyable evening launched our
appeal for this new stained glass
window:
- First an introduction by Fr Ivan.
- The first half of the evening was mainly 'sacred music'.
- We then had an interval where we enjoyed a glass of wine and a chat.
- Then came the 'secular' music.
- Finally our choir joined Les Jeudistes
- to sing 'Cantique de Jean Racine'.
- Both choirs gathered in the vicarage garden
- for a great barbeque
- and lots of laughter.
